Breathwork, Integration, & Coaching
Jill Flint
Hello. My name is Jill and I am a breathwork practitioner and coach. I guide creatives, seekers, and curious individuals who are exploring an “internal shift” or have arrived at a moment where their current path, career, or way of operating no longer fits.
My work combines the depth of Conscious Connected Breathwork, Hakomi principles, and Jungian dreamwork. If you are feeling a quiet, undeniable calling for a change that brings you closer to your true self, the way will show.
Welcome.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a gentle invitation to return to the self. By maintaining a continuous, rhythmic, circular breath, we shift the body out of its habitual consciousness thinking and quiet the analytical mind. The breath creates the channel needed to open into heightened creativity, spontaneous insights or release held tension and unprocessed emotions. It is a path to discovering the innate guidance that lives beneath the surface of daily experience.
Whether you are carrying chronic stress, integrating a psychedelic experience, or processing suppressed emotions, a breathwork session provides a direct pathway for somatic release and mental integration.
Transformational Coaching: Many people arrive this work because they feel an internal shift; a sense that their current direction no longer fits. Others are met with a major life event that has forced them to re-examine their life path.
Embarking on a journey of transformation starts with a simple invitation: to slow down and reconnect with yourself beneath the layers of daily life. Through mindful self-study, we observe how you organize your experiences, thoughts, and feelings, attending to the underlying patterns that shape your sense of self.
When we meet these internal landscapes with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment, genuine shift becomes possible, making space for a more authentic way of being. By combining nervous system attunement with depth work, I support you in navigating your inner world and creating a clear path forward.
Embodied Imagination: E.I. is a depth-psychological approach that bridges the unconscious mind and the physical body. Rooted in the traditions of Jungian psychology and active imagination, this practice is an exploration of dreams, memories, and images not just as mental concepts, but as living, breathing realities experienced directly through somatic awareness.
Rather than analyzing an experience from a distance, Embodied Imagination teaches us how to step inside the dream or memory, allowing the body to anchor its inherent wisdom. By shifting focus from cognitive interpretation to bodily sensation, one can transform abstract insights from dreams, memories, or journey into tangible, embodied integration for deep personal growth and healing.

Systemic change requires consistency. When you are shifting deeply rooted ways of operating, your mind naturally tries to pull you back into your old comfort zone. Meeting every seven days creates a secure containment field that maintains momentum, tracks behavioral experiments, and anchors changes into daily habits before defenses can rebuild.

Absolutely!! They form a powerful partnership. Breathwork brings subconscious insights, somatic release, and fresh clarity to the surface, while coaching gives you the space and structure to integrate what emerges into your life. If you are a coaching client interested in breathwork, we can design a plan that seamlessly blends both modalities to support your journey.

By removing the pause between the inhale and exhale, we naturally shift your nervous system, allowing unexpressed emotions or creative blocks to safely surface. The experience is highly unique to the individual—it can range from a profound sense of deep peace to emotional release like crying or even giggling. You may experience physical sensations, like tingling of the fingers or mental imagery, like dreams or memories.

Because this style of breathing creates distinct physiological shifts in the body, it is not recommended for individuals with specific medical conditions. These include a history of severe cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, aneurysms, glaucoma, epilepsy, or active psychosis. If you are pregnant or recovering from a recent surgery, we will modify the practice to a gentler, non-activated breathing style. You will receive a formal medical waiver to review and sign before your first journey.
